Please provide a copy of your ID and/or driver’s license.

Each applicant over 18 years old must submit an application with a nonrefundable $50 application fee.
Married applicants must submit separate applications and application fees.
Roommates must apply and qualify separately. Roommates require owner approval.

Fees

Application Fee - due upon application submittal to Go4Rent.com

Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders are required for the following fees/payments:
Security deposit - due next business day following approval
First Months Rent - due no later than move in day
Pet Deposit, if any - due no later than move in day

Income Requirements- Please provide 3 most recent pay stubs.

1)Applicants must have a minimum of 3 times the rent in gross monthly income.
2) Married couples may use their combined income
3) Roommates (anyone not legally married)- must qualify separately. Owner approval will be required.
4) Income must be verifiable by paystubs, employer contract, tax records, and or bank statements.
5) If you are newly hired by an employer, please provide your employment/new hire letter that references your start date and your salary.

Rental History

Applicants are responsible for providing information including the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of landlords for their past 2 residences.

Credit Requirements

To determine satisfactory credit worthiness, we will obtain a credit report from a credit reporting agency.

Outstanding debt to any property management company or landlord may result in denial of your application, including any judgments or collection activities.

If you feel your credit is sub-standard, have had issues with bankruptcy, or any other issues you feel may affect your application, please submit a letter with your application explaining, in detail, the circumstances for the owner to review.

Background Check

We conduct an authorized criminal background check on all applicants as a part of the application process.

You may be denied if the following doesn’t meet our requirements:
Criminal history
Previous rental history
Current income
Credit history
Failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form.


Once security deposits are received, they are deemed non-refundable until move-out, even if applicant chooses not to occupy the property.
