--Application Procedure--
Residential lease applications must be completed by all occupants 18 and older. An application fee of $65 will be collected via credit/debit card per application upon submission. All application fees are non-refundable.
-Applications are approved based on qualification, and approval is at the discretion of the owner.
-Guarantors may be considered if applicants do not meet qualifications. Guarantor Applications must be submitted online. If the tenant and Guarantor are approved, the Guarantor will be required to complete and sign a Residential Lease Guaranty
*Please note that any Guarantor listed on the Guaranty is responsible for the entirety of the lease - not just one tenant's portion of the lease*
Please allow 48-72 hours for application processing. You will need to give move-out notice to your current residence before submitting an application to allow for rental verification.
Approved applicants may be charged a $100 Admin Fee prior to move in. This is one Admin Fee for each lease.
