Income Requirements- Please provide 3 most recent pay stubs.

2) Married couples may use their combined income
3) Roommates (anyone not legally married)- must qualify separately. Owner approval will be required.

Rental History
Applicants are responsible for providing information including the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of landlords for their past 2 residences.
