• References: Names and telephone numbers/emails are required for current and previous residences and employers. Relatives and roommates are not accepted.
• Acceptable credit rating: Credit history must demonstrate financial responsibility. Foreclosures or discharged bankruptcies may be acceptable.
• Criminal Record not to include charges involving violence or sexual misconduct. DUI and drug possession charges may be acceptable at the owner’s discretion.

Please allow 48-72 hours for application processing. You will need to give move-out notice to your current residence prior to submitting an application to allow for rental verification. There is a $100 processing fee, payable to Go4rent, once the application is approved.
Approved applicants may be charged a $100 Admin Fee prior to move in. This is one Admin Fee for each lease.
