Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. To access amenities, there is a $100 badge fee per person of which $50 is refundable when badge is returned at the end of the lease.

Tenant Selection Criteria

Tenant must demonstrate gross monthly income of 3X the amount of the monthly lease ($7,500 each month) or 3X the amount of total lease in proof of funds ($45,000). Credit score must be 650+ and no pending delinquencies or adverse financial judgements. Good rental and payment history.
