Tenant Selection Criteria

Each tenant 18 years old or older must sign the lease packet attached to the MLS on the subject property and email it to the listing agent prior to filling out the online application. The lease packet goes over lease requirements, general lease terms, etc.

The landlord and you must agree on terms before running the application. Once you fill out the application online and pay for the fee, the lease application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
