Tenant Qualification Criteria

Credit Requirements:
A credit check will performed on each applicant over 18 years of age.

Rental History: Minimum of two years of verifiable mortgage or rental history is required.
Income Requirements: Applicant’s gross monthly income must be equal to or greater than three times the monthly rent. Joint income ONLY is considered for a married couple. If not married, at least ONE individual income must be equal to or more than three times the rent. Proof of income and employment verification is required.
Criminal Background Check: Clean background history is required.
