Depending on which level of service you select, Go4Rent charges a per lease fee of $150 for the Deluxe and $100 for the Lite service. You can pass this fee on to the applicant by adding it onto your listing on the MLS as an “Administrative Fee” or other fee. We will collect the fee when we collect the security deposit.
