Located less than a mile from the beach and the famous Flagler Ave. This unit features a fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher. Also included is a washer, dryer, central air, electric fireplace. Each room has its own ceiling fan. Three TV’s and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include master bedroom with a queen bed, walk in closet and full bath. Guest bedroom includes a built-in queen Murphy bed, spacious closet and entrance to the second full bath. This room can also be used as an office as it has a built-in corner desk unit. This unit is steps away from the clubhouse that offers one of two pools on the property, BBQ grill, 18-hole Chip & Putt course as well as a variety of activities. There is also a smaller pool, new pickle ball/tennis courts and a newly renovated 1/2-mile riverfront promenade with fishing pier to enjoy your early morning walks or catch a fabulous sunset. Located close to some of the best restaurants including Norwood’s Treehouse and the Garlic, both of which are in walking distance. Enjoy watching the space launches from Flagler Beach which is conveniently located a mile from your doorstep. You can also enjoy the farmers markets, festivals, restaurants, and shopping that is offered on Canal Street which is located just over the North causeway. There are many areas to explore that are within an hour drive of NSB. Merritt Island, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Cape Canaveral, St. Augustine, Blue Springs, and of course Orlando where you can find Disney and Universal just to name a few.1 permitted parking space. Tenant Selection Criteria

Requirement Qualifications: Your Gross Monthly Income should be three (3) times the monthly rent amount or greater and verifiable. Legally married couples and roommates may combine incomes.

Rental History: You must list your last two (2) landlord's information. You must give your current landlord a written Notice to Vacate to the prior processing of your application. Current and previous residencies must be verifiable, free of evictions, judgments, and unpaid rents. A previous breached lease may result in application denial.

Proof of Income: Submit four (4) of your most recent pay stubs. If a new hire, submit on employer's company letterhead your hire date, gross monthly income and signature of Human Resources or Supervisor. If self-employed, provide the last two (2) year's tax returns or 1099's.

Credit History: To determine satisfactory credit worthiness, we obtain a report from a credit-reporting agency. A bankruptcy must be discharged for at least two (2) years.

Criminal History: No one convicted of a violent or property crime, or any felony, will be approved.

Prior to move in, tenants may be required to provide proof of Renter's Insurance listing the landlord as an Additional Insured.
