You can utilize this 2 bedroom 2 bath, plus den rental while you search for a permanent home in Florida or use it as the perfect vacation getaway. Punta Gorda is a small historic, artsy town with many entertainment and dining options. We are a short bike ride to the Harborwalk and City Center. Additionally, we are in close proximity to boating, beaches, golf, and Spring Training Baseball. Located in a gated community with loads of amenities, you will immediately enjoy the quaint neighborhood vibe. Coming into the home, it will embrace you with its casual beachy decor. Everything in the house exudes a sense of comfort and ease. This property was recently built and all furnishings are new and so cozy. The property shows great pride of ownership and the Owners have thought of all the creature comforts and extras to make your stay memorable. In addition to the home’s upgrades of stainless appliances, quartz counters and tile throughout, you will have all utilities in place and offerings of reliable fiber wifi and streaming services including Netflix, Philo, Prime, Spotify, and more. For your downtime, you will have access to a kayak, fishing rods, 2 bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, and even Pickleball paddles! Onsite in Waterford Estates you can also take advantage of the 2 pools, tennis courts, fitness center, billiards, bocce ball, Pickleball, library, card room and more. This is a worry-free property that will surely make you feel at home. The property will sleep 6 should you have visitors. Easy to show and we can do a virtual (FaceTime) tour as well if you are not in the area. Monthly rates will adjust according to the length of stay....longer stays will receive the optimal pricing. Tenant Selection Criteria

Requirement Qualifications: Your Gross Monthly Income should be three (3) times the monthly rent amount or greater and verifiable. Legally married couples and roommates may combine incomes.

Rental History: You must list your last two (2) landlord's information. You must give your current landlord a written Notice to Vacate to the prior processing of your application. Current and previous residencies must be verifiable, free of evictions, judgments, and unpaid rents. A previous breached lease may result in application denial.

Proof of Income: Submit four (4) of your most recent pay stubs. If a new hire, submit on employer's company letterhead your hire date, gross monthly income and signature of Human Resources or Supervisor. If self-employed, provide the last two (2) year's tax returns or 1099's.

Credit History: To determine satisfactory credit worthiness, we obtain a report from a credit-reporting agency. A bankruptcy must be discharged for at least two (2) years.

Criminal History: No one convicted of a violent or property crime, or any felony, will be approved.

Prior to move in, tenants may be required to provide proof of Renter's Insurance listing the landlord as an Additional Insured.
