You can easily take an Uber or Lyft to nearby restaurants and breweries without worrying about driving. Located on a quiet and family-friendly street with wonderful neighbors, this property is conveniently situated just 5 miles away from all that Tampa has to offer. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge, range, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a washer and dryer located inside a laundry closet for your convenience. An iron and ironing board are provided as well. Rivercrest Park, situated just one block away from the Hillsborough River and parks, is within walking and biking distance. You'll also find fantastic gourmet and award-winning restaurants and cafes in the vicinity, such as Grassroots Coffee House, Spaddy's Coffee, Faedo Family Bakery, Whatever Pops and Bowls, Chocolate Pi, Champion Pizza, Cappy's Pizza, Independent Bar and Cafe, The C House, and Ranchero Tacos. All utilities are the tenant's responsibility. Pets are welcome, but breed and size restrictions apply. Exotic pets are not allowed, and aggressive breeds are strictly prohibited. Approval from the management is required, and you'll need to provide breed information along with pictures of your pets. There is a nonrefundable $75 application fee per adult, which must be submitted along with a signed rental application, a copy of your ID, recent pay stubs, and pet information with pictures if applicable. Upon tenant approval, a $195 admin lease fee, as well as the security deposit, first month's rent, non-refundable pet fee, and pet rent (if applicable) will be due. Renter's insurance is a requirement.

Tenant Selection Criteria

Requirement Qualifications: Your Gross Monthly Income should be three (3) times the monthly rent amount or greater and verifiable. Legally married couples and roommates may combine incomes.

Rental History: You must list your last two (2) landlord's information. You must give your current landlord a written Notice to Vacate to the prior processing of your application. Current and previous residencies must be verifiable, free of evictions, judgments, and unpaid rents. A previous breached lease may result in application denial.

Proof of Income: Submit four (4) of your most recent pay stubs. If a new hire, submit on employer's company letterhead your hire date, gross monthly income and signature of Human Resources or Supervisor. If self-employed, provide the last two (2) year's tax returns or 1099's.

Credit History: To determine satisfactory credit worthiness, we obtain a report from a credit-reporting agency. A bankruptcy must be discharged for at least two (2) years.

Criminal History: No one convicted of a violent or property crime, or any felony, will be approved.

Prior to move in, tenants may be required to provide proof of Renter's Insurance listing the landlord as an Additional Insured.
