This home as 2 full bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, family room, living room and dining area. The kitchen and appliances are brand new as well as new flooring. Main bath has been updated as well. There are beautiful views of the waterfront from most windows. Great location to fish or swim from the rear floating dock or enjoy the 2 supplied kayaks for a nice paddle. Less than 10 minutes away is the beautiful and warm Gulf of Mexico. In the warm clear waters of the Gulf, you can fish or swim, hunt for scallops (in season) or view the wildlife everywhere. A typical day on the Gulf provides encounters with dolphins, turtles and the occasional manatee. These lovely creatures are often in the canal behind the home. A wildlife refuge is less than 200 feet away from this home. There are many kinds of fish live in the canals and we provide an outside sink to clean your fresh catch. You can then grill it on the provided gas grill. (Guests supply the gas if the tank is empty.) You can bring your own boat and tie up to the dock. A nearby county park has a boat ramp for easy launching. Don't have a boat? We can recommend a local place to rent boats. Or we can refer a fishing guide for the best fishing. Located near the end of a cul de sac, the area is quiet and family oriented. Nearby are shops, large big box stores and many restaurants. The cities of St. Petersburg, Clearwater with its pristine beaches, Tampa, Spring Hill and Dunedin are all within a short drive. Many local parks and attractions surround the area. The theme parks in Orlando are 2 hours away. Too hot for you? Let us recommend the beautiful and cool spring fed rivers nearby. There is much to do nearby and this home is convenient to it all. This is a water oriented home for you to enjoy. Small pets can be approved on a case by case basis. Tenant Selection Criteria

Requirement Qualifications: Your Gross Monthly Income should be three (3) times the monthly rent amount or greater and verifiable. Legally married couples and roommates may combine incomes.

Rental History: You must list your last two (2) landlord's information. You must give your current landlord a written Notice to Vacate to the prior processing of your application. Current and previous residencies must be verifiable, free of evictions, judgments, and unpaid rents. A previous breached lease may result in application denial.

Proof of Income: Submit four (4) of your most recent pay stubs. If a new hire, submit on employer's company letterhead your hire date, gross monthly income and signature of Human Resources or Supervisor. If self-employed, provide the last two (2) year's tax returns or 1099's.

Credit History: To determine satisfactory credit worthiness, we obtain a report from a credit-reporting agency. A bankruptcy must be discharged for at least two (2) years.

Criminal History: No one convicted of a violent or property crime, or any felony, will be approved.

Prior to move in, tenants may be required to provide proof of Renter's Insurance listing the landlord as an Additional Insured.
