The application fee is $85 per applicant. When applicants apply, they must pay an application fee in order to complete the application process. The application fee is not charged to the applicant’s credit card until the Realtor or landlord clicks the “Screen Now” button on the “Applications” tab. Once the “Screen Now” button is clicked, the application fee is non-refundable and an email is sent to the applicant with an updated application status. Applicants may withdraw their application without a fee anytime prior to the “Screen Now” button being clicked.
