To expedite the payment of commissions, each Realtor must create a Realtor account at Go4Rent.com and add their bank account to their account. This is a onetime process and will expedite the receipt of funds from Go4Rent. Just like a typical sales closing, we will need a CDA signed by your broker so Go4Rent can pay the commission directly to you.

Please log into your Go4Rent account, go to your “Rent Payments tab” and add the required information. We have partnered with Plaid to offer a secure bank grade process to add your bank account.
