Applicants are not charged an application fee until you click the “Screen Now” button on your “Applications” tab.
You can view the lease application and supporting documents prior to clicking the “Screen Now” button. Once you click the “Screen Now” button, the instant background check is ordered, making the application fee non-refundable. Clicking the “Screen Now” button also sends an email to applicants informing them of your progress with their applications.
