The credit, criminal and eviction reports are instant. As soon as you click the “Screen Now” button, the background check is ordered and the “Background Check Results” button will appear within a few seconds. Clicking the “Background Check Results” button will download the report in a PDF.
The verifications of employment and rental history may take two to three business days to complete because we must call the employer and the current landlord in order to obtain the verifications. These verifications will be uploaded into your dashboard as they are received, and you will receive an email notification once they are uploaded.
