Within the 1st fifteen months over 40 unimproved properties were acquired, put through due diligence and entered into design phase. Following design phase we successfully sold several high-rise multi-famliy, office, hotel, retail and commercial development opportunities yielding over 500+ units.
Joined an international industrial real estate firm, IDI, to manage project due diligence, trends analysis, evaluate and monitor competitive sets and forecast market conditions on all Florida based assets.
