Screen My Application Is Now Merging with Go4Rent
To better serve Realtors, Screen My Application (screenmyapp.com) is officially merging with Go4Rent (www.Go4Rent.com).
What This Means for You:
Please visit Go4Rent.com to create your Realtor or Landlord account. Once registered, you’ll need to list the propertythe applicant is applying for. Applicants will then search for the home by entering the address directly on the Go4Rent website.
Application Process:
Through Go4Rent, applicants will:

Complete the Texas Association of Realtors (TXR) lease application

Submit all details required for their credit and background checks

Go through Go4Rent’s employment and rental history verification process
Screening and Review:
Once an applicant submits their lease application:

You’ll be able to view their submitted information and supporting documents.

However, to access their credit and background reports, you must first initiate the screening process.

Applicants will not be charged until you begin screening — submitting the application alone does not trigger a charge.
After screening is initiated:

A Go4Rent Processor will be assigned to the file.

The Processor will verify the applicant’s employment/income and rental/residential history.

All communication regarding the file (e.g., missing documents or clarification requests) will include the Listing Realtor.
