First, we must determine if you want to keep the tenant. If yes, are you imposing a rent increase? If yes, we need to know how much so we can update the payment portal. If there are docs that need to be signed for the renewal, you can send it to us and we will have them signed. If your rental home is in Texas, we have the appropriate docs and you will not need to send any.
If you are not renewing the lease, we will notify the tenant and provide move out instructions.
