How do I know if my application is being processed?

Once the Realtor or landlord processes your application, you will receive an email notification. When this occurs, your application fee is now non-refundable. The final notification is when a leasing decision is made. You can also visit your “Applications” tab to see the status change from “Submitted” to “Processing.”
